This plastic dough scraper, also known as a dough cutter, bench scraper or dough knife, is an effective way of cutting and lifting dough to move it from surface to surface. The curved edge of the flexible dough scraper means that it also works to scrape dough and pastry out of mixing bowls, or even use to help knead wet dough.
